This house was a rental property that needed cleaning up. It was rented to McDonalds Canada for Calgary employees. We were hired to paint some of the interior, plus the front deck, trim and the fence. We used Sherwin-Williams A100 Exterior latex for the trim, Sherwin-Williams Deckscapes olid stain for the deck, and Sherwin-Williams oil based Red Wood stain for the fence with Rona deck brightener to remove grey wood for the fence.

Before

Wood Brighter is being applied here to the fence to remove the grey wood colour. This is the dark area you see. This must be done before staining to ensure an even colour.
