painted investment property will use again

| i used paint calgary to paint a rental unit in the nw. tenants had done a midnight move and place was filthy. i was surprised when i called to hear that they had a service just for landlords. paint calgary was the first to quote and i got a few others done as well. as it is a rental i wanted cheap and quick. paint calgary was honest in what could and couldn’t be done and gave no bs. i contracted them that day. 2 days later the job was finished. although i paid for a single coat and wall repairs, i was given a second coat free of charge on the living rooms main wall. i was explained that it was a light coat but it was needed because it was a ’sun wall’ and they had some paint left over. i have 6 properties around calgary and this is the first time a contractor has gone that little extra? |
